Course Fee Payment

  • HOW TO USE THE JCHS ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM TO PAY SCHOOL FEES

    To begin, you will need your students fee statement and a credit/debit card. Harris Payments charges $3.50 per transaction. You can only process one student at a
    time, but multiple payments can be made in one transaction. JCHS collects the full year of payments in August. Any changes or additions can be added or refunded when
    necessary.

    1. Go to the JCHS website https://www.madisoncity.k12.al.us/jchs
    2. At the bottom of the page select “$” ESCHOOL PAYMENTS
    3. Select “Proceed to Payments”
    4. Select “JAMES CLEMENS 2024-2025”
    5. Enter the Student/Parent information – Tab through the Student ID, no longer required
    6. Click on the Blue Arrow to pay the fees
    ↓ GENERAL FEE (there is only one general fee for the year)
    ↓ COURSE FEES (you will choose the course fees listed on the fee statement)
    ↓ ADVANCED PLACEMENT FEES (for all AP courses and exams)
    ↓ PARKING PASS (can be paid in same transaction with your course fees)
    ↓ MISCELLANEOUS (to support/join PTSA)

    Insure you complete your process and receive a CONFIRMATION before you exit the
    program.
