Mrs. P. Williams
I am a native of Decatur, Alabama. I am married to Keith Williams, with whom we have four awesome children, and several amazing grandchildren. I believe in the value of family and education. I believe that time is the only non-renewable resource!
Experience:
I have been teaching for over 25 years. I have taught at James Clemens since inception, and have taught General Biology and Pre-AP Biology. I am also the lead advisor of our Triple I Leadership Society club, in which students take initiatives, become involved, and become productive influencers in the community. My hobbies include thinking, research in education, reading, cooking, gardening, and creating/designing for the marketplace. I also love to teach students the strategies of becoming innovative leaders. My skills include:

Expectations:
Because my classroom is a place where opportunity meets inspiration, then:
1. stay actively engaged from bell-to-bell. Keep conversations centered around learning subject matter.
2. be accountable for your actions, because behavior shows up in expectations. Do you expect be responsible or not?
A. level up and do your part! Unless you all agree as a group, don't wait for your peers to participate and take care of academic responsibilities.
B. eliminate excuses!
3. either we win or we learn from our mistakes.
4. be kind, respectful, and resourceful; the substitute as well.
5. when working in your group, explore, explain, extend and share the results of your explorations.
