Mrs. P. Williams
I am a native of Decatur, Alabama. I am married to Keith Williams of whom we have four awesome children, and several amazing grandchildren. I believe in the value of family, and education.
I have been teaching for over 20 years. I have taught at James Clemens since inception, and have taught General Biology and Pre-AP Biology. In conjunction with the ROTC organization, and other instructors, I am the lead faculty member of our Nationally Certified Outdoor Classroom. I am also one the advisors of our Jet's Wildlife club. My hobbies include thinking, reading, cooking, gardening, and creating/designing for the market place. I also love to teach students the strategies of becoming innovative leaders.
Because my classroom is a place where opportunity, meets inspiration, then:
1. stay actively engaged from bell-to-bell. Keep conversations centered around learning subject matter.
2. be accountable for your actions, because behavior shows up in expectations. Do you expect be responsible or not?
A. do your part! Unless you all agree as group, don't wait on your peers to take care of academic responsibilities.
B. eliminate excuses!
3. either we win or we learn from our mistakes.
4. be kind, respectful, and resourceful.
