I grew up in rural Mississippi after moving there from Michigan when I was 5. I love sports, math, science and philosophy. My hobbies are strategic gaming. I went to Mississippi State University where I met my beautiful wife Amy. I taught a couple of years in Mississippi before she graduated and then we moved to Huntsville with my son and daughter, Ari and Miranda. Since then, we have had another daughter, Tori. I have been teaching at James Clemens since it's establishment in 2012. I still remember the red clay on the floors just days before the first day of school! Before teaching at James Clemens I taught Honors Geometry and Honors Algebra II with Trig at Liberty Middle School to freshmen. I also coached the 7th and 8th grade boys and girls basketball teams.
