Hi! My name is Peyton Huff, and I will be teaching English Language Arts at JCHS this year. I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and I attended The University of Alabama where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education English Language Arts. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree, I went on to receive a Master's degree in Teaching with a focus in English Language Arts. I spent the first few years of my career with Tuscaloosa County Schools as an English teacher, coach, and sponsor of many activities. I am thrilled to now call Madison City Schools home and to grow with each of my students this year. When I am not at school, I enjoy reading, attending sporting events (Roll Tide!), spending time with loved ones, and drinking a good cup of coffee. I could not be more excited about this school year and being a JCHS Jet!
