Hi there! I am Albert Ball (Mr. B) and this is my second year teaching. I completed my student teaching at LMS in 2023 in 8th grade math, and this year I will be teaching 7th grade math. I am also the coach for the Green Power Team. 

I am from Mississippi and I have lived all over; my years were spent in Foxworth, Tylertown, Clinton, and Oxford. After I graduated high school I attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University (A&M) in Normal, AL. While at A&M I served in many student organizations, including the Alabama A&M Pre-Alumni Association, Bulldog Educator Association, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), National Society of Black Engineers, National Pan-Hellenic Council, National Society of Leadership and Success, Math Club, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. (2-ΓΕ-22). Within those organizations, I served in many leadership roles including: president, vice president, membership intake chair, secretary, parliamentarian, and education chair. I graduated Cum Laude in 2023 with a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Secondary Education. 

I enjoy traveling, playing games, and drinking coffee. I can't wait to see how my first year of teaching goes and I know I will enjoy all of my experiences!
