Bonjour et bienvenue! I grew up in Enterprise, Alabama and attended Birmingham-Southern College for undergraduate school. I completed my Master's program at Auburn University. War Eagle! I also studied at the Alliance Française in Paris, France and as a Rotary International Cultural Ambassadorial Scholar at the Université de Bruxelles in Belgium.  

I love traveling with my family, photography, Auburn football, reading, walking my dog, and sharing my love of the French language and culture with my students.

My husband, Matt retired from the U.S. Army after over 30 years of service. We are happy to have settled down in Madison! We have 2 boys, Collier, a graduate student at UAB, and Matthew, a sophomore at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, as well as a six-year-old Small Munsterlander pup named Liesl.

This is my ninth year at Liberty.
