    AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) is a college and career readiness program designed to help students develop the skills they need to succeed in rigorous classes and beyond. In AVID, students learn organization, note-taking strategies, critical thinking, collaboration, and goal setting. The program encourages students to challenge themselves academically while preparing for high school, college, and future careers.
