REGISTRATION DEADLINES & INFO. FOR DUAL ENROLLMENT:
REGISTRATION FOR DUAL ENROLLMENT takes place when you select courses for the next year in the spring. IF you plan to dual enroll in both fall and spring, you will need to select both fall and spring dual enrollment when you turn in your course selection forms in the spring for the following school year.
PAPERWORK FOR FALL DUAL ENROLLMENT will need to be turned in PREFERRED by MAY 5 to ensure seats and classes are available, BUT NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1. The sooner you can turn in your forms with the courses and course numbers from the college, the better chance you will have to get into that course. Courses may fill up quickly. We will announce a meeting date and time for the upcoming fall dual enrollment and begin accepting paperwork shortly after the meeting date in the spring (TBD).
PAPERWORK FOR SPRING DUAL ENROLLMENT will need to be turned in PREFERRED by NOVEMBER 1 to ensure seats are available, BUT NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1. We typically start accepting spring paperwork around mid-October. We will announce a meeting date and time for the upcoming spring dual enrollment and begin accepting paperwork shortly after the meeting date in the fall (TBD).
If you meet the criteria listed above, you can download the appropriate forms to the right, complete them, and submit the forms and appropriate documents to your counselor by the deadlines.
Please submit all required forms and documents to your counselor at the same time.
REMEMBER: You must also apply with the college to dual enroll and select courses that meet Madison City Requirements.
PLEASE BE SURE TO VIEW THE MCS APPROVED COURSE LISTING DOCUMENT.
YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE COLLEGE REGARDING COURSE/PROGRAM SPECIFICS.
We do not work for the college, so there may be questions we can't answer. We simply help by submitting your paperwork and facilitating the process.
