I love serving the students and faculty of Bob Jones as the academic Interventionist.

I was born in Auburn, Alabama (War Eagle!) but spent the majority of my childhood in Florence, Alabama, before returning full circle to Auburn University for my degrees in Education.  Prior to Bob Jones, I taught 6th grade in Madison City, served as a PreK-5th grade Media Specialist in Decatur, AL, and also an Intermediate school Media Specialist, grades 4-6, in Madison County.  I’m so thankful for the opportunities during my career working with students at both the elementary and secondary school levels and the unique perspective it has given me of the PreK-12 journey. 

My husband and I live in Madison County with our daughter, son, and three very fluffy dogs.   I love to read, write, attempt yoga, sing loudly in my car, and watch reruns of Gilmore Girls.
