Bob Jones High School Athletics has moved to DragonFly Max, an online management system for all athletic eligibility forms and documentation. Once every athlete’s files are stored digitally, they will be available for review by parents and school personnel online and via the DragonFly Max mobile app. DragonFly is endorsed by the Alabama High School Athletic Association and has been vetted from a legal and security/privacy standpoint.
Getting Started with DragonFly Max
In order to get started, each parent and athlete should create an account, add the athlete's profile, and complete the online paperwork, including uploading documetation of physicals, birth certificates, insurance forms, copies of insurance cards, and sportsmanship forms.
Follow the directions making sure to enter the correct school code for Bob Jones High School - X8A4UL. If you need additional help, you can access DragonFly's How To Videos on their website. Male athletes should select Men’s Tryout Pool, and female athletes should select Female Tryout Pool. After the student athlete's account has been created, the forms will need to be completed and signed. Forms from the AHSAA and Madison City Schools may be signed digitally either from a website or on the mobile app.
- Physicals are good for one calendar year. The date on the physical should be the date entered by the parent. The physical must be signed by student, parent, and a physician.
