Education

Mrs. Moody attended Athens University in Athens, Alabama and earned her bachelor’s degree in Education - Comp Science - Biology. Additionally, she earned her masters degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama.

 Experience

Mrs. Moody has been with Discovery Middle School since 2002. Prior to moving to the guidance counselor position, Mrs. Moody taught 7th grade Life Science, 8th grade Physical Science and was the Science Department Chair. Since 2014, Mrs. Moody has been in the position of guidance counselor. She currently works with students with last name beginning with A - L.

 Biography

Mrs. Moody is married with one daughter and one Boston Terrier. She enjoys running, working in her yard, and camping.
