Mrs. Owsley attended Athens State University in Athens, Alabama and earned her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and Psychology  Additionally, she earned her masters degree in Psychology from Walden University and in School Counseling from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN and an educational specialization in School Administration and Leadership from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. 

 Experience

Mrs. Owsley has been a School Counselor in AL for 4 years in Limestone County Schools and previously in TN at Metro Nashville Public School and Robertson County, TN. She taught Psychology with Robertson County School, TN through TN Board of Regents, Bethel University, and Volunteer State Community College.  

 Biography

Mrs. Owsley is married with one daughter and one son. She plays golf, enjoys sports, plants, and traveling.
