Welcome to the Medical Academy at Bob Jones!  I am very excited to have you and/or your student in my class.  I have a passion for nursing and the medical field.  I cannot wait to share my excitement with you and/or your student!

My wonderful husband Ric and I have 5 amazing boys.  Four of my five boys have graduated from Bob Jones and are growing up to be remarkable young men.  My youngest will be in 11th grade here at Bob Jones this year.  I have been a registered nurse for 23 years with most of my experience being in the Emergency Room at both Huntsville Hospital and Crestwood Medical Center.  During the 2006-2007 school year I was given the opportunity to be the school nurse at Rainbow Elementary School which was perfect since 3 of my 5 boys were there at the time.  This is my 8th year teaching at Bob Jones (my 6th year teaching full time).  I was blessed once again with the opportunity to be at the same school as my children.  I enjoy teaching what I love to students (many of them I have known since they were in Elementary School).  I strive daily to be the best I can be for my family and my students. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family.  We enjoy church, family dinners, going to the beach, the outdoors, fishing, and powerlifting.
