My name is Elizabeth Jenkins, and I am very excited to start my journey as a teacher at Journey Middle School! I graduated from Russellville City Schools in 2018, and I gained my associates degree from Northwest Shoals Community College in 2020. I then graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2023 with my degree as a secondary education major with a focus in history.

After having graduated, I substituted in the Franklin County area until obtaining my position here at Madison City Schools. This is my first year as an official teacher, and I cannot wait to share my love and passion for history! I hope to best prepare students for the next step in their educational journey and the boundless opportunities that lie ahead!
