Late work will be accepted with a 25% deduction in points.
No late work will be accepted after the end of the nine weeks.
If an extension is needed due to an extenuating circumstance, please work with the teacher to decide on an adjusted due date.
Communication is required to secure all possible points if an assignment is to be turned in late.
Error Analysis
All unit tests are point-based and will be accompanied with a review beforehand. Most questions are valued at either 2 or 4 points.
Partial credit worth half of the question points is awarded for some correct work. After each unit test is graded, students may complete error analysis to analyze and correct mistakes.
Error analysis is an opportunity where scholars can make corrections to their test. The tests will be regraded after submission, and students can earn back up to half of the credit they lost.
PowerSchool Parent Portal gives parents and students access to real- time information including attendance, grades and detailed assignment feedback.
Grades are posted weekly on PowerSchool and available for real-time review.
