I am a graduate of Alabama A&M University (GO BULLDOGS).  While there, I was a member of the Dancing Divas where I served as captain for one year.  After graduating, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia and began teaching first grade at Martin Luther Elementary School in Clayton County.  After two years of teaching, I decided to marry my college sweetheart, move back to Alabama and continue my teaching career. 

Before coming to Midtown, I taught at Endeavor Elementary and Holy Family Regional School.  This is my third year teaching in Madison City and I must say, I absolutely love being a WILDCAT! 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband,  our two beautiful daughters and our dog.  I also enjoy traveling, reading and teaching dance at Progressive Academy of Dance, which is located in downtown Madison.
