Ms. Jabree Davis
Meet the Teacher
My name is Jabree Davis. I come from a line of educators throughout the school systems of North Alabama. This is my 13th year being an educator. I previously taught for Huntsville City Schools. This is my second year as a Madison City School teacher. I take great pride in working for Madison City Schools, as I attended Discovery Middle School and graduated from Bob Jones High School in 2004. It is a great feeling to be home. This will be my first year teaching first grade. However, many of the students I had the pleasure of teaching last year saw me in Kindergarten. My philosophy is that each child is uniquely created and desires a secure, loving, caring, and, most importantly, safe environment each day they walk into school. I strive to create a stimulating atmosphere for each child to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. I am the proud mommy of a beautiful second-grader named Kylie. My hobbies include reading, journal writing, spa days, shopping, and traveling.
My Childhood
I grew up in Madison, Alabama, attending Williams Elementary, Discovery Middle, and Bob Jones High School. I am the middle of three girls. I love my sisters beyond measure. As a little girl, I wanted to be a mommy and an elementary teacher. I am so grateful that I can have both in my life. I strive to treat your child like I would want every teacher Kylie encounters to treat her. Please know I do not take this job lightly and am always here to partner with you in your child’s educational experience.
