I’m starting my 23rd year as a speech/language pathologist in the schools! This is my fourth year in Madison City.  I’m so very excited to get to know your kiddos and work with them to build their communication skills! I worked for two years in Texas and prior to that we lived in Lexington, KY, where I worked in the school system for 17 years. Working with school-aged children is my passion, and I feel very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful school team here at Midtown. I maintain national certification through American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and I hold licensure in Alabama, accruing continuing education to maintain these certifications throughout the year. 

 My husband and I have 3 children, two cats and two dogs. (Did I mention that I'm an animal lover?:) My oldest daughter will be a senior at Auburn majoring in pre-veterinary medicine, my son will be a junior at James Clemens where he plays baseball, and my youngest daughter will be heading to middle school at Liberty! On the weekends, I enjoy watching my kids participate in their activities of choice (baseball and cheer) and we are always cheering on our Kentucky Wildcats (even though it feels hopeless at times;). I’m looking forward to a great school year!
