Welcome to 4th grade!

I am so thrilled to begin my very first year of teaching! I love getting to be a teacher and know that it is what I am called to do! I hope my students feel the same joy and excitement about learning that I do!

I grew up in Auburn, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Elementary Education (War Eagle!). During my time at Auburn, I was lucky enough to gain experience with Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th grade! I made the move to Huntsville after marrying my husband in December of 2022. He accepted a position at Torch Technologies, as a software engineer, which prompted our move. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to teach your precious children!

When I am not at school, you can find me at church, playing pickleball with my husband, or on the phone with my mom (you’re never too old to call your mom!). I love coffee, candles, Auburn Athletics, going outside, reading, traveling, and being with friends and family!
