Hello, Jaguars! My name is Brianna Moore, and I am so excited to teach 6th-grade English here at Journey Middle School! I am from our state's capital city, Montgomery, Alabama. I graduated from Troy University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in English Language Arts. I am honored to be teaching 6th-grade ELA this upcoming school year!

 

I grew up with an arts and academic background, so I possess many talents and hobbies, including playing the piano, crocheting, and drawing. I love being creative in any way I can! That being said, I aim to create a classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves creatively and empowers students to discover and develop their own unique voice through literature and writing. I look forward to hearing the fresh perspectives and unique voices of my new students! Let's have a great year!
