Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited about working with you and your child this year!  It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures. I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.

I was born in Huntsville but lived in New Orleans for 15 years.   I am now back in Huntsville enjoying a new chapter in my family’s life. I feel very fortunate to have found a job with the Madison City School System.

This will be my fifteenth year teaching and my eleventh year with the Madison City School System. In the past, I have taught one year of Pre-K, and two years of First Grade, but have now found my home in Kindergarten. I absolutely love teaching Kindergarten and feel like it's the best grade to teach.

It is my mission to instill a love for learning in my students. I attempt to teach with a passion for all subjects so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners.
