Madison City Schools

MCS Maintenance department is responsible for maintaining approximately 1,900,000 sq. ft. of building space. The utilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical functions, and the grounds have to be repaired and monitored in order to provide safe, clean, and efficient learning environments. The fourteen schools, Central Office, Transportation Department, and the stadium are located on about 489 acres of land or about 8/10 of a square mile.
