Welcome to First Grade! My name is Amber Samuel and I will be your child's first grade teacher this year! I began my teaching career in 2018 after graduating from Alabama A&M University with my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education.

This will be my 7th year teaching as an educator. I enjoy teaching and I'm so excited about what this year has in store for us. We have so much planned and so much to accomplish! 

My husband Christopher and I have been married for 4 years. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, reading, going to concerts, spending time with my family and friends, playing with my dog Kobe and watching football (Roll Tide!!)  

I am looking forward to a wonderful year filled with exciting and challenging learning experiences.
