I am embarking on my 3rd year as a 5th grade teacher at Columbia Elementary.  I began my teaching career at Woodmeade Elementary in Decatur, AL.  I taught and coached cheerleading in Decatur for 7 years before becoming a Madison City Schools Employee.  I graduated from Athens State College in 2010 with a degree in Elementary Education.
