I was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama and always wanted to teach in the place that taught me. I live in Madison with my husband Paul and our dog Eli. In my spare time, I enjoy sewing, painting, reading, playing with Eli, and spending time outside. While these are my hobbies, my passion is teaching. I've known I wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl playing school with my grandfather. I attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville for my undergrad degree and the University of West Alabama for my Masters degree in Elementary Education. I'm so excited for this kindergarten adventure and to spend time with these precious children!
