Hi! My name is Amy Carter and I am so excited to be your child's fifth teacher this year.  I have taught for over nineteen years in various schools and love to have fun while learning.  I grew up in the state of Maine and have lived in Vermont, New York and Alabama.  I have called Madison my home for the past fifteen years.  I love to spend time with my family, run, garden and read outside of school.  I am married and have two wonderful children that also attend Madison City Schools.  We have two golden retrievers named Pedey and Baxter.
