Hello my name is Madeline McCay and I am so excited to be a part of  the Horizon Elementary family as a Special Education Teacher. This will be my fifth  year teaching and second year teaching Special Education. I previously taught 5th grade and Math Intervention in Birmingham. I graduated from Samford University with a B.S. in Elementary Collaborative Education. Additionally, I graduated with my Master's in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama and my Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership: Administration and Supervision from Liberty University.
