Mrs. Walker was raised in Madison and is a 1986 graduate of Bob Jones High School. She graduated from Athens State University with a Secondary Education Degree with concentrations in Biology and Psychology. Mrs. Walker began her teaching career at Huntsville High School and later taught at Madison Academy and Sparkman Middle. She graduated from the University of West Alabama with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and is now the Counselor here at Horizon Elementary School.
