Hello my name is Madeline McCay and I am so excited to be joining the Horizon Elementary family as a Special Education Teacher. This will be my fourth year teaching and I previously taught 5th grade and Math Intervention in Birmingham. I graduated from Samford University with a B.S. in Elementary Collaborative Education. Additionally, I graduated with my Master's in Elementary Education for the University of West Alabama.  I am grateful for the opportunity to be teaching and I truly believe teachers have the best job!
