Welcome! My name is Courtney Doan, and I am thrilled to serve as the math coach for grades K-5 at Mill Creek. I am dedicated to enhancing math instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for students. I believe an effective math classroom is one with rich discourse and a high level of student engagement. By working closely with teachers to implement innovative instructional strategies, I believe every student has the potential to excel mathematically.

Outside my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons outdoors. We also have two fluffy dogs who enjoy being outside with us. My other hobbies include spending time with friends, reading on my Kindle, and gardening.

I am excited to contribute to the success of Madison City Schools in this role, and I am committed to making a lasting impact on our educational community.
