Hi! My name is Kimberly Rise.

I was born and raised in Madison, Alabama. I am a proud product of Madison City Schools! I attended Rainbow Elementary School, Discovery Middle School, and graduated from Bob Jones High School. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education (K-6) and an additional collaborative-special education certification (K-6) from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in May 2018. Go Chargers! I earned my Masters in Elementary Education (K-6) in October 2021 from University of West Alabama. I've been teaching at Mill Creek since 2018! My husband and I have been married since November 2018. We welcomed our first child, Briar, in February 2025. She is our absolute pride and joy along with our sweet German Shorthaired Pointer, Scout! I love to travel, cook, and read in my free time. I’m excited for another learning-filled year at The Mill! GO MAVERICKS!
