• There are multiple ways to apply for Free/Reduced Lunch!

    • Print an application here, fill it out, and turn it in to either:
      • Lunchroom Staff Members at your child's school
      • Child Nutrition Staff members at Central Office
        • Staff members include Marty Tatara, Cameron Clark, and CNP Bookkeeper  


    • Complete an online application here.
      • This is the best way to complete your application and they are processed on a daily basis! Below are instructions on how to create an account for PayPams to complete the application.  


    • Come to Central Office, 211 Celtic Drive, and we can assist you with completing your application!

  • If your child was free or reduced in Madison City Schools during the 2018-2019 school year, they will be the same eligibility for the first 30 school days of the 2019-2020 school year. Every student should receive a paper copy of the application on their first day of school; however, it is only necessary to complete one application (online or paper) per household per year.  If you feel that you need a paper application, you may stop by the Madison City Schools Central Office at 211 Celtic Drive to pick up one or you may email the Child Nutrition bookkeeper at cnp@madisoncity.k12.al.us and one will be emailed back to you.
