Madison City is proud to announce that we are partnering with Eagle Counseling to provide these services through our EAP.  

Our insurance PEEHIP allows for 24 visits to a Mental Health center.  Madison City Schools will provide each employee with mental health visits through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Eagle Consulting Counseling Division. Madison City Schools will pay the $15.00 co-pay for the first (5) sessions per employee (maximum of $75.00 per person) for the lifetime of the employee.  After five (5) EAP sessions, you, the employee will be responsible for your own $15.00 co-pay. 

Eagle Counseling has three locations; Huntsville (Providence), Decatur, and Cullman.  As an employee of Madison City Schools, you can go to either location.  They even offer telehealth visits as well.
