We need substitutes for teachers, aides, child nutrition (CNP) and bus drivers.

All new Madison City Substitutes must apply through the online application system. Step-by-Step Instructions are at the link below. 

You can create an account or log in to an existing account at any time. The application for the 2025-26 School Year is open.

Once you have completed your application, please make sure that you apply for the substitute position. You will receive an email once you have applied. Please contact the Personnel Department if you do not receive an email.

You cannot be added to the Substitute List until ALL your paperwork is complete.
