PERSONAL/SICK DAYS POLICY
- Sick days are accrued monthly
- September thru May for all 9 month employees
- September thru June for all 10 month employees
- July thru June for all 12 month employees
- When hired, employee will get 5 days of personal leave
Employees can use all 5 days, 2 days are free days (Non-Docking)
- After 5 year anniversary date - 3 free days (Non-Docking)
- After 10 year anniversary date- 4 free days (Non-Docking)
- After 15 year anniversary date- 5 free days (Non-Docking)
If docking occurs, employee is docked the cost of a substitute for the day.
Certified Sub - $90.00/ $115 Day
Non-Certified Sub - $80.00 Day
All unused personal days will roll into employee's sick balance each school year.
