Welcome to 4th !  My name is Mary Beth Haynes.  I was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD.   I attended college at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, where I received a bachelor's of education degree.  I began my teaching career in Virginia and relocated to Huntsville in 1998.   I taught in Madison County before joining Rainbow in 2019.  It is truly a joy to be part of the Rainbow community! 

I have three children. Alec is a chemical engineer and works at BASF.  Nick is a sophomore at Calhoun Community College and works at Juicy Seafood.  Leah received a softball scholarship from Calhoun and will be a freshman this year. 

In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities, reading, shopping, watching sports and spending time with friends and family.
