    Extended Day Services

    The Extended Day Program is designed to meet a special need of West Madison PreK’s working parents and their children.  It specifically provides a safe, enriching climate where children can remain for a limited time at the end of a regular school day until picked by their parents.  The Extended Day Program is designed to address the child’s social, physical, and intellectual needs.  The program is structured but allows children the freedom to choose from and to participate in a variety of enjoyable activities.  Hours of operation are 2:20 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

     

    A typical day includes:

             2:20 – 3:00 Roll call, restroom, wash hands, water, snacks

             3:00 – 4:30 Variety of planned activities, crafts, music and movement, games, puzzles and more

             4:30 – 6:00 Supervised play

  • Pro Care Payment Services

    Payments will be made through *ProCare,  online payments through the link on the school website, with a check, or with cash. Checks will need to be made to West Madison PreK Center and must include a driver’s license number along with two phone numbers. Cash will need to be the correct amount, no change will be given.  All payments are payable as scheduled, regardless of attendance.
