BOE Recognizes BJ, JC Band Awards

Award winning bands from Bob Jones and James Clemens high schools were honored recently by the Madison City Board of Education.
Superintendent Dr. Ed Nichols and board members wanted to recognize the bands for their outstanding performances and the opportunities they provide for students.
Understandably, hundreds of band students would not fit in the board room, so each school had 3 band members representing their respective bands, along with their band director and school principal.
