Summer Sports Conditioning
DMS Summer Conditioning/Evaluation Information:
Panthers, with specific Covid-19 guidelines, we will start the process of summer conditioning and team evaluations for most of our sports programs. While MCS has stated we can start June 8, we will use that week to inform all interested parties of paperwork needed, proper protocols, and our plan to ensure the safety of our athletes and coaches.
How to sign up?
Click the link below for each sport and complete the applicable Google form. You will have until the end of the day Friday, 6/5 to complete this information.

What does an athlete need in order to participate?
~ALL student-athletes must set up a Dragonfly account at https://www.dragonflymax.com/ or update their forms.
~Physical, Consent Release, and Concussion Form must be signed and up-to-date on DragonFly BEFORE a student-athlete can participate.
~Per the AHSAA, returning student-athletes’ 2019-20 physical is valid through July 27th.
~NEW student-athletes MUST have a new, current physical.
Guidelines for Student-Athletes
~Athletes must arrive in practice apparel with his/her own water for hydration. (Gallon Jug or reusable container with name on it. The sharing of hydration products is prohibited.)
~Do not bring personal items of value. Locker rooms are off limits and there will not be a location to secure them.
~Athletes are responsible for providing their own personal protection equipment (mask, bandana, etc)
~Athletes must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted into practice.
~Coaches/Athletes will follow the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet apart. Facial coverings are required when closer than that distance.
~Upon arrival, athletes will go through a screening process. This will include temperature check and basic questions. Any athlete with a temperature over 100.4 will not be allowed to enter practice.
~There will be a designated area assigned for athletes that experience symptoms once practice or evaluations begin.
~Upon arrival, students should wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.
~Athletes will enter and exit in different locations. Parents/Guardians will be notified of drop-off and pick-up locations in the plan they receive from the coaching staff.
We encourage all athletes to shower and wash the clothes they wore for that day when returning home from practice.
**Once the sports interest form has been submitted, expect an email from the coach containing dates, times and a detailed plan for that extra-curricular activity.
