Hi!  Welcome to Kindergarten!  My name is Gwendolyn Mitchell and I am excited to be your child's teacher this year.  New experiences and friends will make this year a special time for you and your child.  I received my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University in Georgia.  Graduate degrees consists of Master's in Early Childhood from Auburn University and AA Certification from Alabama A & M University.  I am beginning my 36th year as a Kindergarten teacher.  I am looking forward to working with and helping your child to achieve his/her full potential.  I am always available to you whenever you have questions or concerns.  I consider it a priviledge to teach your child this year.
