Hello!

My name is Morgan Burke and I am excited to be joining the Special Education Team here at Madison Elementary. I will primarily work with students in Kindergarten - Second Grade! 

I am originally from Huntsville, and have spent most of my life here. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Tucker, and we have two boys ages 6 and 4, one of which is a current first grader. 

Prior to moving back home and becoming a mom to our boys, I worked in Nashville as a 1st grade teacher and then Special Education Teacher, K-2. In the last year and a half, I've been studying for my MFA in English Education out of my love for literature and writing. My favorite hobbies are reading, being outside, gardening, and traveling to fun places with my family.
