Welcome! This school year marks my 11th year in education and my 1st year at Liberty Middle School. I'm excited to join the Liberty Middle School staff as a physical education teacher and archery coach. The best part of being an educator is building relationships with the students I serve. I look forward to the opportunity of building relationships with the great students at Liberty Middle.

Originally from Booneville, MS, I attended the University of Mississippi, where I met my wife, Kathryn. An educator herself, Kathryn serves Madison County Schools as an ELL specialist. I began my career as a history teacher and spent 8 years teaching both middle and high school history. Most recently, I served as the director of the Dalton Alternative School in Georgia, as well as the school’s athletic director. I'm a huge sports fan, especially baseball, and follow the Atlanta Braves and most Ole Miss sports closely. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you might have at Coach Ryan.
