Hello and welcome to my webpage! My name is Mrs. Stoecker and I have the pleasure of teaching 8th grade World History and PreAP World History this year!

About me: I have a Bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education from Union University. From 2014-2023, I taught 9th grade World History in Memphis, Tennessee as well as PreAP World History (2020-present) and AP World History (2021-2023). My husband and I just moved to the Huntsville area with our four dogs to be closer to my family. Because of my husband's line of work, I get the privilege to travel the world and see the places I teach about. I'm passionate about teaching my students about different cultures with an open mind and helping students know about the past so they can understand the present.
