Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Jaylee Kordosky

I am Jaylee Kordosky and I am the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Teacher for Madison City Schools.  I am based at Rainbow Elementary but I travel to all of the schools in the district to work with students who have hearing loss.

I am passionate about meeting my students where they are at to grow and provide resources, to improve communication and provide a strong basis for language growth and development, no matter the students' communication mode.

This is my fourth year with Madison City Schools and my 3rd year at Rainbow Elementary.  I started as a Special Education Paraprofessional at James Clemens High School and later moved to Pre-K Special Education at Rainbow Elementary as a paraprofessional.  Following that adventure, I became the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Teacher for Madison City Schools after finishing my Masters degree in Deaf Education certified Pre-K-12th grade.

I look forward to working with my students and their families and getting to know everybody this year!
