Education

Mrs. Barrett attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelors of Art degree in History. Additionally, she has a Class B Teacher Certification in Secondary History. 

 Experience

Mrs. Barrett worked in three surrounding districts while in college.  She has greatly enjoyed her time with the Madison City School system and feels honored to be working in the system beginning in January 2021.

 Biography

Mrs. Barrett is a native of Dawsonville, Georgia.  She was married to her husband in April 2017 and they moved to the Huntsville area in August of that same year.  She has one dog, a Border Collie/Terrier mix that is a ball of energy.  She enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.
