Welcome to First Grade! I am so excited to get to know each of my students. We are going to learn so much together!  I am very passionate about teaching, and I love seeing my students grow throughout the year. 

I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015 with my Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. In July 2016, I married my wonderful husband, Jake. We have a happy, energetic two year old named Charlotte. We also have two dogs, Beau and Layla. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends. 

Before coming to Madison Elementary, I taught third grade for four years in Mesquite, Texas. I am looking forward to all of the adventures we will have together in first grade!
