I was born and raised in Arab, Alabama. I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Masters from The University of West Alabama in Physical Education. I have also received my Instructional Leadership Degree from The University of West Alabama.  This is my fifth year teaching at Liberty Middle School. I will be teaching Physical Education and serve as Assistant Athletic Director. 

I have been married for fourteen years to Cooper. We have two children; Grayson (13) and Caroline (11). We are active members of our church, The First United Methodist Church in Hartselle, AL.
