My name is Dan Styles and I am in my 5th year at Bob Jones and nearing my 20th year as a high school teacher.  I currently teach Government and Economics, both online and in the classroom, as well as World History. I also coach Varsity Football for the Patriots. 

I come from a family consisting mostly of educators.  Both of my parents were teachers and administrators, and two of my siblings are also teachers in the Madison City system. My wife is a 2nd grade teacher at F.E. Burleson Elementary in Hartselle. My oldest son is a graduate of Bob Jones, and my younger two sons are currently students at BJ.

As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping , and enjoying the outdoors. I enjoy reading, woodworking, cooking (and eating), and love studying about our past through amateur archaeology.
