I am married to Mark and we are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Sarah Beth and Kimberly.  I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, shopping, eating out, walking, singing and listening to music.    I also love Alabama football!  RTR:)

•  Elementary Education degree from the University of North Alabama in Florence. 

• Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Auburn University. 

• Trained by the Alabama Reading Initiative and the Alabama Math Science and Technology Initiative. 

• Highly qualified under the requirements of the No Child Left Behind legislation. 

Experience

 I started teaching in 1994.  I began my career by teaching Early Childhood Special Education and then transitioned to teaching Kindergarten.
