Mr. Clint Woodfin
Clint Woodfin will begin his 20th year teaching and coaching and is excited to be a part of the James Clemens faculty, staff, and community for the 2021-2022 school year. This will be his 8th year with the Jets.
Clint Woodfin serves the James Clemens athletic program as the Offensive Coordinator. Coach Woodfin has been a football coach for the past 20 years, eleven of those as an offensive coordinator and two as a head coach. His coaching career has included 13 playoff appearances, six region championships, a state finals appearance, and an undefeated regular season.
Clint Woodfin has been a part of four successful and highly acclaimed high schools in the state of Georgia, all of which are noted for their strong athletic and academic programs. He has taught all of the core social studies subjects, including Gifted and AP World History. He will be teaching World History, AP Seminar, AP Research, and AP European History this upcoming year.
Clint Woodfin is a native of Decatur, Alabama where he graduated from Austin High School in 1997. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 2002, his master’s degree in postsecondary education from Troy University in 2009, his National Board Certification in 2021, and his currently working on his administration degree from West Alabama. He is married to the lovely and former Briana Giglio. They have two children: Lily Cate Woodfin (8) and Wyatt Woodfin (6).
